Graphic card compatibility

How can i find out which graphics cards are compatible with my motherboard?
System model is : D865GLC
Processor : Intel Pentium 4 CPU 3.00GHz, 3.0GHz
Current video card : Intel 865G graphics chip

But my current video card doesnt work for windows 7. I tried Radeon 4350 but that wasnt compatible.
