GTS 950 (about $115-125) or GTS 960 ($175-190) are good choices, if you opt for Nvidia and want to spend under $200, but it totally depends on your budget and what type of games you want to play, and in what resolution. The GTS 950 is 9" long.

Take a look at this thread, too, for some general ideas and suggestions.

If you have the budget, I'd look at either a 5850 or 5870. 5850 is a better 'bang for buck'.

They are a pricey, but you won't have to upgrade for quite some time.

Looks a decent card at a very resonable price, £101.26 from Overclockers. Will look around for prices.

I picked up that card recently (the Gainward "Green Edition") and I'm quite happy with it. Yields a 6.8 in W7. I'm able to play Anno 1404/Dawn of Discovery on "high" settings (except shadows) in 1680x1050, and I appreciate how quiet it is. (Does not apply to Nvidia's original version of the card.) I paid €119 (£106) for it, but it wasn't the cheapest store. On the bit-tech.net forums I saw a mention of £69 pounds for the card, though the vendor seems to sell it for £82 now. Still looks like a good price.

I imagine a lot is going to have to do with what is available to you as well. From my understanding not all things are readily available to you in the UK. It does look like you have put together a rather great mid high end system so the 4 or 5 series card would be a great addition. The only real suggestion from me would be a better PSU so your more upgrade proof. In case you would be entertaining crossfire in the future. To me it seems a lot of people overlook the importance of a high quality power supply, after all it is the heart and soul of your system. And with the newer cards, some requiring a 6 and 8 pin power connector. Make sure you have the cables you need. And check the Voltage on the 12v rails.

+1 to this.... they are the best bang for buck right now.... and seeing as how nivida might in trouble... that would end their driver support.. :o
