graphic problem screen faild

j have a problem with my computer when j am using after 1 hour j see some thin like that (Attachments) my graphic details intel hd graphic family driver date 15/04/2011 driver version 8.15.10.2372
my laptop detail
intel i5 -2430m 2.40
6 gb ram
monitor 15.6
j try update drivers all of them but system its telling me that j have new version

That is IMHO not a driver issue.
It looks more like the Laptop (more specific the graphics chip) is getting too hot.
Is the fan still spinning?
Make sure the vents are not blocked by anything. If possible try to clean vents and fan out with some compressed air.
