Graphics and video wont display on my desktop

My computer wont allow me to view websites. It will go to the site but nothing displays as far as videos or graphics. Can anyone help? Its on IE on windows 7 on a dell desktop.

As a test, please install the Chrome browser from here:

You can also try a complete reset of IE:

It will not go to the page when I click the link to install google chrome. I reset IE and am still having the same problems

What antivirus app is installed? You might try temporarily disabling it.

If you can get to another computer, you might try downloading Chrome's standalone installer:

i have charter security suite. i tried sending the link for the stand alone chrome, but it wont send from my phone

Searching for "charter security suite" shows me that it has a browsing protection feature.

Can you temporarily disable that feature - as a test.
