ATi 3000/4000 series cards work perfect on Socket A/Win 7 (AMD/Nforce2 Ultra chipsets!)

(For future reference - see specs). Make sure you get 2GB ram - much quicker for Win 7!

I run an Ati 4670 agp in mine

neo101 can you be more specific about the procedure you followed? I'm facing driver restarts, freezes, system crashes and general stuttering problems especially on youtube. I've tried a lot of combinations of display and chipset driver, but no luck.
You can see my system specs on my profile.

Sure I'll help you.
Go back and wipe your hard drive. Load sata driver if you use sata disk. Make sure bios settings are correct.
Take out all sound cards and pull out all peripherals like scanner/printer till you have a good basic working setup!

Load Seven CD - let it do it's thing and
DOWNLOAD/restart drivers off the internet (may do this a few times to load all required motherboard drivers.

DO NOT load ANY drivers off your old motherboard CD (they cause crashes/stuttering!) keep refreshing "Windows Update" till all drivers are loaded in "Device Manager"

You may have a dodgy Wireless card which won't work properly with Win 7 (these cause stuttering/crashes)

If you don't use your onboard network connections - disable them in "device manager" (drivers still cause crashes/sound interference)

Update to latest graphic card drivers.
Update and install M/soft DirectX redist (June 2010)

See if you have a good basic working machine now before adding cards back in/drivers/leads for printers!

If not could be dodgy RAM - for starters!
Had a quick look at a review for your M/board only rev 2.0 have official support for 200 fsb. have you checked?
