graphics card crashing, drivers installed and reinstalled windows same

Ok, but that doesn't really explain why this would happen with my onboard as well.

0x116 refers to low IOH(NB) voltage, this is a graphics issue and is most common when running multi gpu or overclocking gpu.

EDIT: Also, I haven't seen screenies from HW Monitor, core temp, and CPUz, while running Prime95. Could you provide that please?

Also, Have you loaded the "Failsafe Settings" in the BIOS?

ATM all that is currently hooked in is HDDs, keyboard, onboard graphics, one RAM stick, and mouse. And of course CPU and PSU

As far as multi GPU and overclocking being cause it still gives error with onboard graphics as stand alone. Screenshots for CPU temps during prime95 tests were never taken.

Stress the system and take some screenshots. Also get screenshots during idle. 10 minutes of stress should be enough to give ideas of the stress temperatures. 15 minutes of idle should be enough for idle temperatures.

Ok, you know what, after having already sent in three of the possible five candidates for the problems excluding vid cards. I am going to send in both my PSU and CPU anyways might as well and quit this tip toeing. Gonna have a few words with the retailer about the issue with the faulty parts they send. I can't get enough time to run the tests before crashes anymore and I am gonna throw this thing into the street and run over it with my car soon. I'll let you guys know how the RMA of the PSU and CPU go.

I haven't sent anything in yet. I found someone willing to lend me a computer that has the same socket type as my CPU and am testing it for running ATM so far so good. Will try the PSU in it tomorrow if all goes well

GPU's are not the issue. Crashes whther they are installed or not. The crashes don't change in nature if the GPU's are installed as opposed to not installed. So by sheer process of elimination they are ruled out for that reason.

At this point with the other comp now setup with everything in it that my other one had in it less the motherboard it seems as tho biostar didn't fix my board...
