It's a little to late be asking this question since you said you bought them already; that should have been asked "before" the purchase. At any rate I don't don't know what sort of issues you're looking for as there shouldn't be any.... unless you got the wrong graphics card interface (AGP, PCI).
Bottom line.... no you shouldn't have any issues.
BTW... What power supply did you get? Wattage?
