I recently crashed my graphics card playing on a server. The computer froze and after not responding for a while went to multi-colored lines all over the screen then straight to BSOD giving a error:nvlddmkm.sys The system has stopped responding and has now recovered. Since then I'm limited on my internet service use. Almost everything goes black screen and freezes up and ocassionally a bsod like the original one. I've update my windows updates. I have also uninstalled my drivers and installed the latest drivers and also..old drivers. driver:Nvidia GeForce 8400M GS
comp:HP Pavilion dv6000 View attachment SF_22-09-2013.zip
Please help
Hello and welcome Tomarro mate I don't understand what you mean by playing on a server as i don't game much at all and I cannot open those zips but a few more system specs wold be good.
One other Desktop (tester) and spare Toshba laptop both with SSD's
Running Kaspersky 2016 ISS on all machines config'd identically
Logitec audio stereo systems on each machine (x3)
Canon MG5250MFC
Router/modem TP-Link running WPA2SK
As mentioned by you that you uninstalled and installed new drivers. Did you remove old driver's bits.
1. Uninstall the drivers.
2. Remove the bits of installed driver using DriverSweeper. Download link :ar: Guru3D - Driver Sweeper
3. Install the latest drivers.
4. Reboot and check.
Keep us posted.
