I just reformatted my notebook and I'm searching for the graphics driver, but I can't find it.

My notebook is a Samsung R720.
(I have a ATI Mobility HD 4330 graphics card).

On the ATI driver page it tells me to go to the Notebooks page (On Samsung.com), but they removed it.

It was there a week ago but not anymore, could anyone get me a link for this driver?
I am running Windows XP 32bit.

Global Provider of Innovative Graphics, Processors and Media Solutions | AMD keep in mind you have a hd4XXX series card go with a older driver like a 10.6 you can search for it once you get to the page good luck
On the ATI driver page it tells me to go to the Notebooks page (On Samsung.com), but they removed it.

Samsung removed the page where all the drivers are located, it now just gives me a 404 error. (Which means the website is non-existent),

Thanks, I am downloading it now.

Why don't people ever run Windows Update instead of panicking? There's a reason so many drivers are made available in Windows Update for Windows 7.

Not to be rude, but why don't you read my post instead of random assumptions?

Between, the above 2 downloads did not work.

If there customer service is anywhere near Dell's (not sure because iv never dealt with Samsung). You could always call Samsung, they should be able to provide a download link right away.

If your looking for a driver for your ATI mobility HD 4330 I suggest you go to this site and modify the.inf file. They have just added support for your card Mobility Modder - ATI Version, Install the Latest Drivers on your ATI laptop

Most OEM's modify their .inf file so you'll need to download the drivers from them.So if they don't support it you have problems but...
On the linked site, at the bottom it explains how to use the modder tool. Please take note to read the step by step guide before installing.

I's also a good idea to create a restore point before you make any changes to your system. I do this every time I download and install anything.
It just makes it that much easier to restore your system to where it was before you made any changes, be it a program or a driver. Fabe

Not sure, but I think its high unlikely for someone not to know Windows XP updates don't deliver drivers. (CPU/GPU).
It must not be that unlikely, because you seem to think Windows Xp doesn't give some drivers through Windows Update, and that would be false. There isn't as many, but it is still worth a shot, right? I've already used XP's Windows Update to find drivers for an old, outdated system I was giving away, and didn't feel like finding the drivers. My comments were about Windows Update, regardless of the OS you are running.

My suggestion to you, in the future...is to not cop an attitude with someone who's trying to help you...especially when you "correct" them with false information. I'm not saying that to be an ass...I'm being honest. It isn't going to make people want to go out of their way to help you.

Now, to continue attempting to be helpful, it is entirely possible you may have to search for the drivers through Google to get them for an alternative site, and install them manually. I have also come across people on other forums having trouble finding XP drivers for some fiairly recent hardware components, especially in laptops.

What's the reason you aren't running Windows 7 or Vista?

Hey, I never said I do not welcome your help, or that I do not appreciate it.
I appreciate any bit of help that I get, even if that help is not even suitable or usable for me.

I have already tried Windows Update, and the only update that was noticeable was the update of Internet Explorer 8 or 9, can't remember which one since I don't use IE anyways.

Either way, I have never heard of Windows XP delivering drivers through Windows update, it was supposed to be a new feature in Windows 7, and I'm not sure if Windows XP has had any updates that changed this in the time I used 7, so I am sorry if it seemed like I was trying to reject your help.

That's the first I've ever seen it touted as a new feature of Windows 7. Vista even had driver downloads available, which is one of many reasons why all the public complaints were largely ridiculous. For example, I had an HP 1210 printer. HP's website had no Vista drivers for it. People complained. I hooked it up, ran Windows Update, and there were the drivers. The only real difference is the amount or likelihood of drivers being available that's grown. XP had some, Vista improved on this greatly, and Windows 7 did so yet again.
