is the Integrated Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator a graphics card i was looking online for a new one and found 3 that would work which one do i have

Intel HD Graphics is the integrated one on your motherboard or processor (if you have one with graphics on-board) yes, it is a Video Card, but most likely your motherboard has a PCIe 2.0 x16 slot which allows you to add a Video Card, disabling your on-board video and giving way more graphics power (depending on which card do you put in there)
