Graphics Drivers Help

Hi, I have Windows 7 home premium 64 bit Pentinum Dual-Core cpu T4300 @ 2.10GHz, 3.0 GB RAM, Mobile Intel 4 Series Express Chipset family, and I need to change my graphics acceleration for online gaming. When I go to troubleshoot, the Change Settings option is grayed out, how do I fix this?

If you could fill out your system specs it will make things much easier for folks to help you as it is now w/o knowing your video card make and model, mobo model etc we really can't answer this.
