Hi,
My wife has a Lenovo Windows 7 version but very likely NOT Windows 7 Home edition 32bit.
MORE LIKELY Windows 7 ultimate.
To make it easier for me to at least browse on the Net I ve Firefox next to her Cn version of Explorer.
We have a similar problem at start up:
Find--set root--ignore floppies--ignore-cd /bootmgr
error 15: file not found
Press any key to continue:
(Red screen appears)
GRUB4DOS 0.4.4 2009-09-03, memory: 635k / 1531M, MenuEnd: 0x45476
Windows with SLIC loader (default)
". " (use alternative method)
". " (use older method)
". " (full debug output)
". " (more forceful - May crash)
Load external menu (menu. lst)
grub command line

How to solve this? Please keep in mind that the windows version is Chinese; installed in the Chinese version. If you could solve the grub problem and switching the Windows version version into English that would be perfect.

One thing that may help everybody is if you were using a genuine Windows installation in the first place.

You may want to consider using genuine Windows 7 Ultimate - which would allow you to boot into either English or Chinese versions of Windows.
Or upgrade to genuine Windows 8.x which would allow the same.
