Ok so i just upgraded from 8600gt to gt 220 installed everything workes fine, when i enter a game its really smooth no problems but then after bout 6 minutes my screen starts flickering, it kinda shakes messes up texts etc when i go back to desktop it slowly startes to dissapear. but sometimes i can play for an hour and that shaking screen flickering dissapears O.o but its really annoying i really want to fix for it.
I know its not the GPU temperature because its 40 c at desktop and 60 when playing games.

Things i did

Uninstalled, reinstalled drivers
Updated drivers
Unplugged video card then put it back in

That's basically it, its probably my monitor or the video card
Thanks for any help

Few suggestions...

Have you tried a different monitor or video cable?

Are you running at a higher resolution with the new card than you did with the old card, maybe this is causing problems for your monitor?

Lastly shot in the dark here... is it possible that your power supply isn't supplying enough voltage for your new video card?

I took a quick look and found the minimum powers supply requirements for GT220:

NVIDIA recommends that you have a minimum of a 300 Watt power supply with +12 Volt current rating of 18 Amps.

So it could be that it's the power supply causing the issues you are seeing, but this is just a guess.

Found a solution:

Solutions- Try moving the monitor to a different computer. --If it still shakes, it's the monitor.
If it doesn't still shake, temporarily move the old CPU (just the tower, no peripherals) to the new location.
--If the monitor shakes again now, you have a bad video card or a very very bad monitor cable.
--If it still doesn't shake, then your problem is EM interference in the original workspace. Move all moveable potential sources of interference -- antennas, cell phones and cradles, external hard drives, electric motors of any sort, microwave ovens, shortwave radio transmitters, ECM jamming pods, etc.

Moving the cell phone away from the computer seems to have taken care of the problem.See of the cords arent messed up with the VGA.
