I am wondering at what resolution, settings I can run GTA IV with my computer.
(System specs on the left side, I am not expecting high settings so...yeah).
Thanks.

My old rig:
E4600 core 2 duo overclocked @ 3.2GHz
4 GB 800MHz ram
8800 GTS 512

If I remember correctly I was able to run GTA 4 on medium to low settings at 1440 x 900 resolution getting around 25-30 FPS (very playable for me). I am certain of the resolution and FPS but I can't remember the exact in game graphics settings.

Make sure you install all patches first.

Thank you, Squid, I'll install all the patches.
Still waiting for another persons to tell me with which configuration they played.

Well, the most important thing is to install the patches since they will help with performance.

Since you already know you can run the game, if I were you, I would just start at the lowest settings and work my way up until I found a sweet spot. Everyone's set up is unique and the settings one person uses doesn't necessarily mean you will be able to use those settings also.

Anyway, good luck!

The game should auto detect what your hardware is and set it's self....I usually lower the car density...seems to help some:)
