GTA IV 64-Bit Problem

Hello, I've just downloaded GTA IV and extracted the rar's, but when i mount it with PowerISO it says some 16-bit problem:

Unsupported 16-Bit Application

The program of feature "\??\G:\RGSC\setup.exe" cannot start or run due to incompatibilty with 64-bit versions of Windows. Please contact the software vendor to ask if a 64-bit Windows compatible version is available.

I run GTAIV with no problems whatsoever in Vista 64, but I bought the game. Maybe the *cracked* version doesn't work in 64 bit? lol

(But yes GTA 4 does work on 64-bit. Just don't patch it to 1.0.2 ;))

Bad NEws for me

Last night i reinStalled my Computer using Windows7 VER 7600 64 bits
FROM 7100 64 bits WICH I TRIED TO run it too gtaiv...


Installed gtaiv without any problem but i am not able to run it, every time i Lauch gta it says:
pararallel configuration is incorrect
Cant Run aplication; ThE PARALEL CONFIGURATION IS INCORRECT

This is not the exact Message because its in spanish.
Te correct exact but n spanish Text is

no se pudo iniciar la aplicacion; la configuracion en paralelo no es correcta

Please help me out
