hi,

I have a PNY GTS 450 (XLR8) with 1 GB 128bit-GDDR5 memory.
Standard clocks are:

- GPU: 783 MHz
- Memory: 902 MHz
- Shader: 1566 MHz

I'm going to overclock it, and i want to reach the maximum frequency i can.
is EVGA precision a good software for this?

That looks pretty good and stable. On my Asus, I have slightly more memory overclock (1005) and slightly less gpu/shader (910), but at stock volts.

I tried it on GTA IV, Skyrim and AC2... i get a moderate fps increase!

I'm going to overclock it more... I want to reach the GTX 460 performance... Is it possible?

I'm using a EVGA GTS 450 and use EVGA Precision to over clock it, but I only do small oc:
AMNu

I will try your settings and see if it's stable. If it is I will let you guys know :D (will use FurMark to test stability)

Temps while overclocking Phenom 975 CPU from 3.6 to 4.0 and GTS 450 to the above image:

Okay, I never knew upping the voltage allowed you to overclock more. Thanks for that. I have the same temps after OCing to 1005 & 2010.

sorry if I re-open this thread, but I'm going to overclock my GTS 450 permanently modifying his bios. my last valuses were:

- GPU clock: 1005 MHz
- Memory clock: 1000 MHz
- Shader clock: 2010 MHz
- Voltage: 1.150

And the system was stable.
Is Nvidia Bios Editor a good software?
