Solved GTX 470 and GTX 570 which runs cooler ?

My gtx 470 is running between 70c to 80c ( when runnig games ) after I return to the desktop in less than a minute it lowers to 39c-42c
Is that normal on gtx 470 ?

I'm considering to upgrade to gtx 570 but other than graphics is there any deference in temperature ?

Your temperatures are nothing to really worry about,although they are a bit high.You may want to download MSI Afterburner,so you can manage the Fan speed on your GPU and increase it's RPM. MSI Afterburner

Really, it depends on what vendor you choose for your GTX 570. If you get something like the msi GTX 570 Twin Frozr III Power Edition/OC you'll be able to keep your GPU at icy cool temps even when you're overclocking.
