“Guest” and “administrator” users,

“Guest” and “administrator” users,

I’m not sure why the “Guest” and “administrator” users are not displayed at start, switch users, log off modes?

· What might be the particularity of these two users (attached)?

· Why they have different icons notation? What does the little down arrow indicate for?

· How they can be displayed at start, switch users, log off modes (attached)?

You can turn on the Guest Account by going to: Control Panel\\User Accounts\Manage Accounts
click on Guest. Then Turn on. This will now show up in the logon screen when you next reboot.

To turn on administrator account click here http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/507-built-administrator-account-enable-disable.html

Why they have the arrow pointing down, I'm not sure. Possibly because the accounts are turned off.

Many thanks Parman and braddersz for the answer. This is very useful.

With your kind reply, the issue is resolved
