GX270: no boot from TechNet WIn7 dvd

I installed Windows 7 Ultimate just fine on my Dell GX270, although I still need a new PCI graphics card. I select Custom so I could do a clean install. But it left all my files on the C: drive. I wanted to format the drive first. Problem is the TechNet Windows 7 Ultimate DVD won't boot.

What is my next best selection?
Searches for boot cd's looked too complicated to build.
