I don't know if this was ever shown outside the US, but I can remember watching it as a kid. I'm up early Sunday surfing around for a bit , and saw it on TV. My god, how many mushrooms did the creators of this show consume? It is truly weird!

Yep, I grew up watching that stuff along with some of the other "groovy" cartoons/shows.
