Hack||Malware and Really would like to Restore Windows 7 Properly Help

Hi there,

I really need some help to get my system back on track...
I think I got it hacked by some malware, anyway it doesn't work as well as it did

Among the many bugs I get is a sound glitch - and I like to make music with my computer :'( - but I have other issues also, like visuals one sometimes...
I'm sure I got something on the internet because I used to unplug internet when using Windows 7 - I use Linux also to work and program among other things...

Anyway I need it to stream sometimes and I'd love it to work properly...
Also I may need some firewall and/or antivirus maybe??
I did it before when I used it online but I have lost the habit of using that kind of software...

Can someone help me find a way or maybe diagnose what's going on?

Do you have a system restore point that you can run?
