Had to reload Win7 Home Premium, how do I recover Office suite?

Relatively low level operator... So please excuse my ignorance!

I had to reload my OS and lost Office. Is there a way to recover this? As I do not have the registration #'s.

What version of Office are you referring to. If you don't have an installation disc or the activation code I think you are out of luck & will have to purchase a new complete Office suite.
