I usually check that site for SSD bench comparisons. They have a client you can run on your computer to benchmark various components but SSD benchmarks are the best.

Yep Gokhan mate I just came across it when I Googled the Samsung 840 to the 850 and then it spat out all those others.

I use AS SSD too, but I was hinting at UserBenchMark's own client - Home - UserBenchmark there on first page (Free download).

Gokhan I just ran the program and the graphics look pretty ordinary and the CPU I was thinking pretty good not that good.

Mind you it is reporting the GPU which is a GTX860M is just that a small chip I suppose as opposed to the GTX 960 which knocks spots off it. But and interesting one to have around eh?

I don't use it for hardware other than SSDs (ran it once when I first found out the site). But for SSDs, this is the only place I check.

Is GTX860M really that low with respect to a GTX980? It is shown as 7.73%, I wonder how my GTX560M does (I can change it to GTX980M though if I ever get the money for it ) You must have had lots of things running, showing RAM at ~50%.

Actually Gokhan I am back at my place later on today and I shall run the test on my other machines as each one has NVidia GTX 650Ti's in them - bar one which is the original GTX 650.

Do you think that maybe the memory of the GPU (860M) is limited I some way though I don't know why.
I haven't had much to do with GPU's to be honest they are just a card one shoves in and sets up and think no more about it.

But what I might try is checking the HW Info readouts for the GPU in the machines I have and see if the power to them is any different - that volts and temps for example. Though having said that I cannot measure that info on this machine because it runs Intel HD 4600 graphics until the going gets tough and I think it was AddRam (Brian) once told me it is then it kicks in.

Suppose a Furmark would be the thing to run but I am a little wary because where I live now this is my main and most efficient machine and I would hate to break it.

FurMark will heat your GPU like nothing else, you can try activating the Nvidia with a Unigine benchmark.

Ok mate might give it a go as the 860M driver is in the Programs list now.

Never having run Furmark before what do you suggest for a time to run it cos I don't want to wreck the thing
