hang when shut down or closing media player..cant boot from pen drive

Hello everybody while i shut down or closing media player pc hangs.And it cnt be booted from pendrive:huh:can somebody tell me what can be solution of this problem

Hi there ... And welcome to Seven Forums .... Go to the Control Panel click on Action Center On the left hand side click on View Performance Information .... Then Advanced Tools ... Is there an Error there under Performance issues ?
