Good evening members,
hopefully anybody has a solution to my problem.

Okay, the main problem is that if I connect my Computer over USB-Tethering (HDSPA/UMTS network) some programs including Task Manager (Network tab) freezes and hangs.

As long as I it's connect some programs (Unity3D 2018, Visual Studio 2015, Task Manager (network tab), System Control - Network settings, [...]) hangs, but if I disconnect everything works again, Task Manager too.

I do not why this happens and the only solution is even to disconnect. And I don't have Ethernet.

My datas:
CPU: AMD FX6300 @ 6x4.8GHz
GPU: nVidia GeForce GTX 960 4096mb (4GB)
RAM: 4096mb (4GB) DDR3, Channel: single, NB: 2008mhz, max bandwidth: PC3-12800 (800 MHz)
MB: Asrock N68-GS4FX
Caches:
- L1D: 17kb (x6)
- L1I: 64kb (x3)
- L2: 2048kb (x3)
- L3: 8mb

Thanks for help. :)

I would guess that the USB Tethering program has a bug in it. It is not normal to get on line in that way, so I wouldn't be surprised if there are bugs with a program like that, because there aren't very many people doing connecting in that way, so there isn't very much test data for the program developer to be able to use.

Perhaps your USB Tethering program is waiting for some input from you, and it will sit there forever until you tell it "Yes", "OK", or something like that. I know that if I connect my iPhone to my computer, everything will sit there and wait, until I tell the iPhone to allow the connection.
