I had a check-up yesterday with my cardiologist.
Slight mild mitral valve murmur, not bad for an elderly person of 67.
All lab work within the acceptable ranges, except blood glucose just over the high end for diabetes, which I have known for a long time.

So, I am going to have a meat-lovers Dominos Pizza tonight.
