Hi, I’m in a quandary about toolbars.
Hmm sounds sad eh?
Anyway here is the scenario, I have taken advantage of creating toolbars on the taskbar through the various incarnations of Windows as it suits the way I work. It occurred to me that it would be useful if the toolbars I created could be integrated into a registry script which
1 – Could either be merged into the registry to prevent from having to recreate the folders when I change them around or
2 – Could be hard coded into the right click toolbar menu like the original ones Address, Links, Tablet PC Input Panel and Desktop.
Also it would be great to be able to remove some of the original ones especially as they are not needed.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to do this please?:)

  1. Hi Shawn, and many thanks once again for your help :D Still curious about an answer regarding the second part of my enquiry
2 – Could they be hard coded into the right click toolbar menu like the original ones Address, Links, Tablet PC Input Panel and Desktop.

Lol neither am I that's why I asked. I figured if Microsoft managed to encode the other entries in, they should be listed in the registry somewhere.Following the same registry formula tends to work most of the time but maybe it is only available at system access level hey, Be interesting to know though.

Oh by the by, In the tutorial you kindly pointed me to, I noticed you had the recycle bin on your taskbar.I used to do this but found a more useful program to one click empty the bin which I placed on the taskbar called emptyrecyclebin
http://www.optimumx.com/download/EmptyRecycleBin.zip
adjusting the command line switch in the target box prevents the DOS box from popping up.
example based on where my copy is located

"D:\D Programs\EmptyRecycleBin.exe" /q
