Hi,
today when I turned on my computer,
my external hard disk was recognized as unknown and when oped sayed this message (bellow)
how do I recover this with 'mini tool partition wizard'

Hi bhattkishan9,

It is getting listed as your Network drive and not removable drive. Do you have any Network drives that are setup on the system.

Check this harddrive on a different USB port and if possible then on a different system to isolate the issue.

If you can access the harddrive under command prompt then backup the data and then format the harddrive to check if it works correctly.
