Okay First Of all my laptop is hanging when reboot.First when I first press the power button the bios opened up okay... When the windows load it just hangs in the logo then it not respond :shock: .. when i restart it it looks like it again

If all else fails you can try booting form recovery/install disk and run startup repair to fix any errors, this sometimes needs to run upto three times to complete repairs
Alternatively if you can get in with safe mode you can try running SFC /scannow from an elevated command prompt click start>type "cmd">right click run as admin>type "sfc /scannow" to check for any windows file corruption
All OF You Say Is not working i use to Safe Mode It But It Still Hanging When Loading.
I Use To Use Recovery Disk But Still not working.

If you suspect hdd issues you can try downloading so hard drive diagnostic software to scan the drive, check your hdd manufacturers www or download sea tools from seagate this works on all drives
my laptop got hang when i reboot so i press power button till its off and on again... sometimes hang on welcome screen and sometime when loading the taskbar....but sometimes it work and sometimes dont... from what i observe when my computer is hanging i realise my hard disk light is not blinking... pls tell me what is the problem... im so desperate now hope someone can guide me through and advice me how to fix it... thanks for your concern
