Hard disk Unkwon

Hi and good afternoon , i have 2 disk western digital caviar black the Both , and when i run program speccy , say me in the final say unkown , idk why beacuse i check on bios and system read perfect the both disk and the manager of PC show me the both disk , i know speccy is program for people tree , but anyway before i purchace the 2 disk i have my old samsung hard drive and speccy dont say unkown , now currently i have only 2 WD black beacuse samsung i kick is low capacity

1. check in device mgr and see if they are listed right there. 2. They are SATA not SCSI drives check in bios to see that. Get back to us and we'll go from there
