Can an outdated Peripheral be the cause for problems or incompatibility? I know that a USB 3.0 port would not be used to its full potential if a USB 1.1 flash drive would be plugged in. I am asking this in relation to my Video Card and Monitor, I am currently using a Dell LCD Monitor from about 5-8 years ago... I would like to know if the monitor could be the reason for FPS drops or such. Thats all and Thank You!
