Harmony One Configure Question

Hi.
I have the Harmony One and its been perfect.
I recenty am using Windows Media Center a lot so I decided to get WMC Remote with Infrared so later on I would configutr the infrared to work with the remote.

This is the one I bought:

When I went to configure the harmony with the infrared I could not find what section of system, device or brand I needed to configure this to work with Windows Media Center.

Can anyone help me with this????

To be clear, you want to train the Harnony from the MC remote and only use it? Did you try using the harmony as your WMC remote when prompted in the setup?
