It's called a Billet cable holder. I used Google and entered:
Can Am Spyder Billet USB and found another vendor through the power of Google image searching and those terms.
Billet Aluminum USB Extension - SPYDERPOPS
I also did a limited search for Can Am Spyder after market accessories and found a type of docking station, but no other types of that billet USB holder.
Can-Am Spyder Phone Chargers This is for the RT though. Not sure if it's compatible with the Limited model.
Anyway, did you find what you were looking for, or was there some other question here I didn't understand that needed to be resolved?

And another update. (Probably useless information to you, I don't know).
If it were me (and this is just me) I wouldn't trust that cellphone holder with bumps and whatnot. I'm not too sure how strong it holds the phone in there. I'd probably want to somehow ensure my phone wouldn't come lose and end up with the rodents smashed in the road and use
one of these. The key part with this is not so much the neck strap, but that ring that you can use a small tether with to make certain if the phone came out of the holder it wouldn't fall to the ground. There are different manufactures of these things and I have one (can't remember if it's this one or not) and it's pretty ingenious, really. You take the phone case off and place that card with the attachment accessory ring inside the case and snap the case back on your phone. The only way that card will come out of the phone is if the whole case comes off the phone as you can see illustrated in the images there at Amazon.
So yeah, I'd have to feel how tight that cellphone holder is on the bike to trust it without some kind of piece of mind knowing that IF my phone came lose it'll still be attached to the handlebar. I wouldn't use the neck strap for this of course. Be too long. I'd use something small to attach to that ring on the card that goes in the phone case. Maybe a 6" piece of parachute cord? They sell lots of that on eBay and being the prepper person I am bought some. Great for all kinds of stuff. Parachute cord could make a great tourniquet with a stick or to set a leg, etc.
Here's
EXACTLY what I'm talking about. And they even mention paracord! LOL I'd be apted to use the tried and true bowline knot and two half hitches
Bowline - How to tie a Bowline Knot animated and step by step illustrated
Half Hitch - How to tie a Half Hitch
The half hitch is to support the bowline. I learned this and many other things in ROTC over thirty years ago.
I should have joined the Army... LOL!
