I just found a site that lets you download the said software. It was stated to be the Ultimate edition 32-bit copy of the software. I'm not sure if it's legit though. .

Yeah, I guess it's too early to be expecting Windows 8 at this time. The software I saw must be some kind of a prank of some sort. Lol. :)

Maybe I misunderstood what I read, but I though we can download the beta version of windows 8. I can't find a link to download it. If it can be done, I might want to try it on my netbook. Any thoughts?Thanks

No, the beta hasnt been released yet. The versions floating around on the web are leaked pre-beta builds that have a lot of features still under development.

I suggest you wait instead of trying the present builds- these look and feel like win7 and the under-dev features need to be unlocked with various reg edits (that enterprising folks have compiled into pills). They are still buggy and unstable and definitely not fit to be used on a netbook as a regular OS.
