Decided to order a Technet subscription so went online to Technet website, filled out info and tried to purchase. Got message to try later. Later, I tried again, this time it said the order was placed and I waited all day for the "benefit number". This afternoon I got a call from them saying they received my order and wanted to verify that I placed it. I was then told that they could let my order go thru but it would take 5-7 work days to activate my subscription!

The rep told me that he could cancel the order and I could go back in, place the order again and get instant activation. I tried to place the order again but when I press the "Buy" button there's no response. Something smells rotten here. Anybody encountered this before?

**** UPDATE ****

OK, I finally got in there, placed my order again and instantly got the "benefit number" to activate my subscription. Don't know why it took all day and placing the order a 2nd time. Hope my CC doesn't get charged twice!

Just make sure you check CC account every couple days to make sure they didn't hit your account twice.
