Hi,
I don't believe it matters too much
cd/ dvd drive should be first technically but if you go to boot options and select it you can still boot to it
Matter of fact I believe you would have to manually boot to the cd/ dvd drive anyway otherwise the ssd would startup,
Secure boot/ csm thing :/

Most newer computer have a Fn key you can press at boot to open the Boot Menu from where you can select the device to boot from. Therefore as AddRam said, "Put the ssd 1st and the raptor 2nd". Just make sure the CD/DVD is in the list somewhere and you can select it when you need it.

My BIOS does not have the BBS settings, but my understanding is that it relates to USB devices, card readers, etc---and I get the feeling it can be ignored for the typical user--that is, accept the defaults.

You can root around with Google to get a better idea about it, but my cursory searching did NOT reveal it to be a critical setting for most users.
