Have video but no Audio, when streaming live

Not sure where this belongs, since it is audio thought here, feel free to move to proper location if there is one...

This has been an issue for me for a long while now and still cant figure out why, I have gone and built another PC with a better sound card but still cannot get any audio.

I have no problems with audio when I am streaming video from a file, but if it is live streaming I get video but no audio, sorry it seems repetitive but just drives me nuts.

I have a hauppauge1600 PCI Tuner card, and I had no problem with the video, nor with the audio when I was in Media Center, and when streaming a video file, I have tried using some streaming programs and havent had any luck, have used: webcamax, unreal, broadcam, adobe flash video encoder, windows media encoder, video lan.... and nothing plays audio

I have also installed codecs, sharks codecs and even bought another tuner card Kworld PCI ATSC Hybrid HDTV Card (PC150-U). Even got a new Creative X-Fi extreme sound card thinking that was going to fix it, but noooooooo....

at wits end at the moment, and about to shelve this again for a few weeks, but this is last resort, can someone point me in right direction or at least help me trouble shoot?

Guess no one wants to mess with this one, and I'll have to shelve it yet once again. I took out the X-Fi sound card, and still have no audio when streaming live, even updated the RealTek Hd audio drivers to latest. so the onboard dont work either on live streaming.

ok so I added a webcam (logitec 510 HD), and so far it is working somewhat, although when I stream live I get an echo that starts out low and gets higher with each echo to an almost screaching echo, so louad have to turn it off. I checked all the settings and all are at default, the cancel all sound effects is unchecked, though checking it has the same outcome. clues? guesses?

This is really freaking annoying, about to throw the Pc out the window, only problem is I just built it.... I had someone RC into the PC and help with a program, and after messing with sound settings he was able to get the sound audible, but only for the webcam, which I could care less about.

With Windows Media Center I can hear the audio coming/going thru the tuner, but when I try to open say Adobe Flash Media Encoder, or webcamax, or any other veido streamer I get no sound what so ever, dont have a clue about what to do, and posting images of my mixer obviously isnt helping.

Any others wanna take a stab at this?
