Solved Having a problem using NT password recovery

We are having a problem usin ghte NT password recovery as we do not have a Windows disk to adjust the Boot directory.

What do wqe do.
My son is beside himself and can't watch his anime help!!!

If you don't have a proper Windows installation disk, have a look at the link below to create a repair disk that can be used to reset your user account password in Windows 7 and Vista.

Thanks for taking the time and replying. However my son got his password after trying a million times, he has now turned off the password option and I have told him about making the reset disk
