Having BSOD playing APB:Reloaded

Having this BSOD only playing APB:Reloaded and i wanted to know if it's my systems laut or the games. Thank you for help.

Its a hardware error most likely due to the CPU, is it overclocked?

Thats the problem, it isn't.

Try disabling on-board sound card, worked for me
