The picture says it all. I have set my memory back to manufacturer specification but this continues. What can cause this?

I activated HPET the other day and forgot about it. I turned it off via
bcdedit /deletevalue useplatformclock and now my winsat results are back to normal. I guess this is solved then? And yes, I did update from F6 to F7 and the update did speed up my system a bit. I am a clutz sometimes, digging holes that I fall into. Phew....that scared the bejesus out of me to be honest. My winsat mem scores are 23mbs now btw
from 1600 8-8-8-24 mushkin blackline ram.
