Having problem with Full glass.exe

I hope that this problem hasn't been discussed before, but I spent some time on searching for some useful information but I had no luck.

I am using Windows 7 Ultimate x32. I tried installing glass templates and I had the same issue every time I installed one.

1. (following all the steps of tutorials about installing templates) I tried installing a glass template. After I did this, the windows turn black (I have posted some pictures below).

2. After running Full glass.exe (as administrator), the windows are finally transparent but any program I run or any right click is black. The name of any folder I move my cursor on (or selected folders) turns into an unreadable bold font. Every time I restart my computer, if I do not run Full glass.exe, all my windows turn black again.

I even tried reinstalling my operating sistem but nothing changed. I am obviously doing something wrong and I really need some help.

If anyone could please give me some advice, I would be totally grateful.
Thank you.

The one I am using in the screenshots is:
In Vitro Full Glass Theme for Windows 7 Rapidshare Hotfile Torrent download

When I run this: http://nguyenxuanhoa.deviantart.com...r-win7-149409301?q=gallery:nguyenxuanhoa&qo=1
same problems except that when I right click, the menu's background is classic gray (I'm not sure if the theme should change that into glass)

And when I run this: Win7 all-glass theme: Fantasy
same thing.

And I tried many other glassy themes that I deleted before thinking that they have a bug or something.

I was thinking about the fact that wen i move my mouse over a folder, it's name turns excessively bold because it is made for certain types of backgrounds (the text is white maybe because it was made for a dark background) and when the background is bright, the text highlights so that it can be obvious and distinctive from the bright background. If this is true, is there a way to modify the text color to make it black? I tried doing this from the windows settings but it seems to be working only if you have no theme applied.

Just check them out
You need a dark background for them to work & still some of the text is hard to see, that happens with all glass themes.
Vitro Full Glass Theme the right click menu is made that why (black)

Thank you Jerry. I think I'll pick a normal theme then. I like the way glass themes look but it isn't what it seems to be. Again I thank you very much for your help and if I ever have an issue with windows, I will definitely use this forum :)
