Having to reset browser everytime PC is brought out of sleep

I recently changed my internet provider, and so, got a new router. Now, everytime I wake up my PC, I must reset the router to be able to use the internet. This doesn't happen to any of my wifi devices, or laptops connected by ethernet cables. The router in question is an Sagemcom F@ST 3864 from Optus.

Bluetooth interference can cause this. Try turning off the Bluetooth via System Preferences and see if the problem goes away.
