Solved Haw to remove a downloaded update file for wrong edition of Office?

I have Win Office 2010 running on Win 7 Professional.
Update log shows that I have a PowerPoint 2003 update that is trying to install at system shutdown.

I installed Office 2010 two years ago...

This has been going on for months. How do I remove the uninstallable (and UNWANTED) update?

Right click on the update then left click on "hide update" and it won't appear again.
