HD 4200 Need Help please!

Hi, I'm new to Windows 7. So please have patience with me.

I'm trying to install the display driver for my computer which is HD 4200 with the installer that came with my Motherboard. Actually, I assembled my own pc.

And that is the error that I'm getting, when I went to Device Manager the Display Adapter has a bang. I tried to download the driver on the ati-amd website using a flashdrive because right now I don't have an Internet connection. So I downloaded the driver at the ati website which is amd.game.com using a flash drive. When I tried to install it again to my pc it's still the same. I've also tried to run it as an administrator.

Help. me please!

i know i just updated it check it out now

When you download this, make sure it completely installed successfully, then reboot.
Make sure no other programs are running in the background.
You should be ok now

grimreaper, i've downloaded it again but it's still the same. :'c it has the same error code that pop's out everytime I'm going to start the installation. Code 52.
