Solved HD Click? Before Boot?

Just got done with my freinds build, everything is working fine, but that only thing that has me a little concerned is when I first turn the PC on, the HD Lighy (not the hardrive)
makes a clicking noise every times it lights ups for about 4 seconds before the bios post?

What does this mean.

Make sure the light itself is fully seated in the case and not loose. Electricity running through wires causes the wire to vibrate, even if it is minute vibration. Make sure the the light connection to the mobo is fully seated as well.

Interesting. What level of voltage and current are we discussing? What frequency? If it is dc, then frequency = 0. What power level?

Can a wire with less than 1W (possible 100-200 mW) of power really causes vibrations loud enough to be audible? Because when I see "HD[D]" and "click" together I usually assume an HDD failure warning, even though the it is described to be audible only when the laptop is first turned on and the sound "is in sync" with the HDD Light

Turned out the bios were set to give the HD a 2 second delay via boot. Probably just Fail-safe settings. : )
