HD TV Tuner Issues

I sometimes remove my card and put it back or place it in another PCI slot, if available.
Doing so sometimes clears up the problem.

After a combination of almost everything suggested here I have SOME channels. After getting some to work I discovered (with the help of forum member Zenix Net) that when my xbox is directly connected to the computer via Ethernet live TV fails to work. Luckily, this will be a simple fix since I can just use my existing electric lines with this.

As for the missing channels it is probably the fault of my awful TV service provider, Time Warner Cable. They deliver some of there channels using switched digital video and there Is likely an issue with their tunning adapter.

If anyone has ideas on how to fix the tuning adapter please let me know. I hate having TWC's inexperienced technicians try and do stuff with my set up. It took 3 of them just to active my cable card (they don't allow the customer to install the card and call to activate).
