Headphones dont work on skype

my headphones work on itunes,youtube and anything on the internet but when im using skype they dont work
and the properties seem to be good

I don't know what you mean by "properties seem to be good", but have you set your Tools -> Audio settings to select your headphones?

And your headphones are an actual entry in "playback devices", so that Skype's audio settings can choose it?
