headphones

when i plug my headphones into the green mini jack at the front panel of my pc there is no sound coming out of them. i have tried all possible combinations and settings in my Realtek Audio Manager but to no avail.

when i had windows xp this was not a problem.

any help is appreciated.

Welcome to SF!

Can you download the latest drivers for you sound card and install them? That might be the problem. If you do not know what your card is, try using Speccy.
