Help About Hard Disk!!!

This is my situation.my friend gave me only a hard disk to install him a windows 7 but can someone explain me if i can do it and how to do it...i am in a hurry so i need quick help!

it is not a good idea to install win 7 on someone else's hard disc, for another machine.

his computer will have different hardware, so it will need different drivers.

if you install it in your machine, your hardware drivers will be on the disc. there will also be problems with activation.

why can't your friend install it inside his machine? he will also need a product key...

yes i know that but he wants me to install it for him so he can see how it is like so if he can decide if he wants to buy it...I know that it needs his drivers for his hardware and i might be capable to do that but i am interested if i can do that...and if you can tell me how to delete old drivers??(device manager???)

i really haven't tried it and i really don't think it's a good idea.

ah it is too late i am already using his hard disk xD
