help about permission

i do the Windows 7 Clean install and now i cant delete or add folder or file in to some folder or drivers they ask administrator permission
how can i change that
and there is a unknown security members also !!!!

On any other drive/partition then C:\ go into the security tab of properties and add your logon name to the list of users. Assign it Full Control (You do that by clicking the Edit Button then the Add button on the window that comes up).
Once that is done you can click on the Advanced button then the Change Permissions button, highlight your user name and put a check mark in Replace all child object permissions with inheritable permissions from this object. Then click OK. It will take a few second to a few minutes for all the permissions to be change over for you to have full control.

DO NOT DO THIS ON THE C:\ DRIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On the C drive you will need to highlight each folder that is not s SYSTEM folder that you need access to and basically do the same as the first part above.
DO NOT DO THE SECOND PART OF ANY FOLDER ON THE C DRIVE it will screw up the install.

This happens when you reinstall and use a different user name and or a differ password then the previous install.

Are you running an Admnistrative-level account, which is what should have been set up at install? If not you can set one up in Control Panel>User Accounts.

You didn't do a clean install if you are seeing these symptoms.
